Crash,

The bluegrass festival is the weekend before the derby. Music on stage Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Rain or shine. Camping is available on grounds for a fee as well. Not sure on exact ticket price but in the past it was like $50.00/person for the whole weekend of entertainment. Lot's of great well known Bluegrass acts all weekend. Individual day tickets are available too. Hope that helps.
